Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By using VizAI services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

Services Provided

VizAI provides:

• AI visibility assessments and monitoring
• Structured business data creation
• Recommendations for improving AI understanding

What We Don't Guarantee

VizAI cannot guarantee:

• Specific AI model outputs or behavior
• Wikipedia entry approval or retention
• Immediate changes in AI responses
• Results from third-party platforms we don't control

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Notify us of material business changes
• Use our services ethically and legally
• Pay fees on time according to your service tier

Payment Terms

• Setup fees are due before work begins
• Monthly fees are billed in advance
• Prices are in CAD unless otherwise specified
• Refunds are at VizAI's discretion (see refund policy in FAQ)

Service Minimums

• Tier 0: One-time service, no minimum
• Tier 1: 3-month minimum commitment
• Tier 2: 3-6 month minimum commitment
• Tier 3: 6-month minimum commitment

Cancellation

You may cancel with 30 days written notice to hello@vizai.io after your minimum term. No refunds for partial months. Setup fees are non-refundable once work begins.

Intellectual Property

• Your business data remains yours
• VizAI's methodology and tools remain ours
• Reports and analysis are licensed to you for your use
• You may not resell VizAI services without an agency agreement

Limitation of Liability

VizAI's liability is limited to fees paid in the past 3 months. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party actions. We provide services "as is" without warranties.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice to active clients. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Canadian law. Disputes will be resolved in Canadian courts.
