How is Tier 0 different from the free scan?
The free scan is an automated, AI-assisted estimate that gives you directional scores (Discovery, Accuracy, Authority). It's designed to show you THAT a problem might exist.
Tier 0 ($495) is a human-reviewed snapshot where we actually query ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity about your business, analyze the responses against your actual truth, identify specific errors and confusion points, and give you written recommendations. It shows you WHAT the problem is.
Think of it like: Free scan = smoke detector. Tier 0 = Fire inspection report.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Many clients start with Tier 0 to understand the scope, then move to Tier 1 for ongoing management. We'll credit your Tier 0 payment toward Tier 1 setup if you upgrade within 30 days.
What if I only need monitoring, not setup?
If your AI signals are already strong, we can offer monitoring-only packages starting at $650 CAD/month (similar to Tier 1 without the setup work). Contact us to discuss.
Do you offer monthly payment plans?
Setup fees are due upfront. Monthly service fees are billed at the beginning of each month. For Tier 3 enterprise clients, we can discuss custom payment terms.
What's included in the setup fee?
Setup includes: initial business profile creation, baseline AI audit, Truth File v1.0, schema implementation, repository setup, and initial recommendations. This is one-time work that establishes your canonical foundation.
Can I cancel anytime?
After your minimum commitment period (3 months for Tier 1, 3-6 months for Tier 2, 6 months for Tier 3), you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Setup fees are non-refundable.
Do you guarantee Wikipedia inclusion?
No. Wikipedia has strict independent notability requirements that we cannot control. For Tier 3 clients, we develop a Wikipedia strategy IF you meet their criteria, but inclusion is never guaranteed. Most businesses don't qualify — and that's okay. We focus on what you CAN control.
